“We had a doctor’s appointment in Homewood. Our home is out of town. On the interstate, about 30 minutes out, our car’s engine light and other lights came on. It was very important that my wife made the appointment, so we drove 30+ minutes with much uncertainty about our car.

While at the doctor’s office, I needed to have my car checked. At random, I called Rob’e Mans and talked with Kody Myers, Service Advisor, and explained my situation and concern. Kody expressed that they were extremely busy, but told me to get my Lexus to them asap. Later that afternoon, Kody called me and said they had found the problem and that we could drive home.

I knew there was a lot to be done this time and was a bit concerned that the work would not be done before the return ride was not available, but that was not a problem, thankfully.

The service has always been prompt, and the people have been so pleasant to deal with, as well as good about answering any questions about the service. There is a potential problem with an axle on the car, which the staff has been keeping an eye on and updating me on at each service. I really appreciate their help with this.
