While at the doctor’s office, I needed to have my car checked. At random, I called Rob’e Mans and talked with Kody Myers, Service Advisor, and explained my situation and concern. Kody expressed that they were extremely busy, but told me to get my Lexus to them asap. Later that afternoon, Kody called me and said they had found the problem and that we could drive home.
