Car was ready when proomised. Except for windshield wipers - this was correct immediately. All in all, it was an good experience - I will be back when the time is right. I cut the star in half because we can always improve.

The service at Rob'e Mans has been just super. Allen is so nice and looks for ways to save me money. He informed me of a recall for my vehicle which I took to the dealer and saved me about 400 bucks. He could have just fixed it and taken my money, they didn't even charge me for this. I won't go anywhere else.

I was without my vehicle for close to 4 weeks, but I was given feedback about the status of my car's repair during that time. I received diagnostic information, updates on parts delivery and a staff that was willing to go through every step they knew to fix what turned out to be a very complex repair. I like that I was kept informed about my repair and that the staff were professional in how they treated me during the repair. I have air conditioning!!!!

I visited Rob'e Mans on a referral from a friend. I had them do the pre-purchase inspection and they suggested some minor work. It provided great piece of mind when buying a used car. My first auto service went well yesterday. They reviewed the prior work and only did the work which was due to be done. I'll be back.
