I have been bringing our Hondas to RobeMans for many years. I trust them. This past Monday I brought our Civic in at 7:00 am because it was having problems accelerating. I did not have an appointment. They found that the transmission switch needed to be tightened—a relatively simple fix. They gave me the cost and had me authorize the repair—no surprises. I had the car back in a couple of hours. When I picked it up, I told Roger at the desk, “Thanks for making my life easier.” I meant it.
