What piece of mind I have in buying this new (to me) Honda Civic. It was given a clean bill of health with the exception of 4 tires, an alignment, low washer fluid and needing new wipers. I now know what I'm in for which will greatly reduce the uncertainty of buying a used car. Thanks Tom!

Alan was very professional, courteous and helpful. Since the valve has been replaced, we can't tell if the acceleration issue has been fixed, but will follow up with him if it requires more attention.

Our customer service representative, Tom, was very courteous, efficient and professional. He accommodated our schedule, followed up to tell us what had to be done and finished the repair in time for my wife to pick it up late that afternoon for a road trip to W. AL the next day. We were very pleased with Rob'e Mans Honda service.

I walked in with no appointment and told them my A/C was blowing hot in one vent and cold in the other. They immediately knew what the problem likely was and told me how much it would probably cost. Then they shuttled me to my job downtown, and called me once they'd diagnosed the problem to confirm I was okay with the cost. I picked my car up that afternoon. Great service! I'd recommend them to anyone.
