They did a very thorough pre-purchase inspection, both 3 years ago (when I bought the car) and last week (when we decided not to buy that car). Rick gave us lots of information, and the technicians took pictures of what they found, and sent it in a text with a full checklist.

I've been trusting my cars to Rob'e Mans for many years. They always do great work, and I trust them - if they say something needs to be done, it needs to be done. I really appreciate that although they are a large enough shop to do all the maintenance and repairs my car needs, the office is also very accessible. If I need to call and ask them a question, they always answer. In fact, twice over the years I have actually called them on my way to work after having an idiot light come on, wondering if I was safe to continue on - and the fellow who answered the phone was kind enough to tell me his thoughts and to help me make an appointment for the next day! As long as I don't get any more recall notices on my car forcing me to visit the dealership, I won't be going anywhere else.

Great service experience. Convenient location. I was in at 7a and out by 745. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. A full diagnostic was performed and sent to my phone. The waiting room and restroom is clean and there is free coffee and water while you wait.
