I continue to get the service I expect in fact they exceed expectations. The prices are acceptable because they do what they say they will do and do not pad the service order. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so.

My son is a student at UAB, but we are from Texas. His truck wouldn't start one morning. The tow service would only take the car to Goodyear told my son that it was the fuel pump and that it would cost 795.00 to repair. I wanted a second opinion and called Rob'e Mans. Without telling them the price we'd already received, I asked them to quote a fuel pump replacement on my son's truck. They were $200 cheaper! So, I paid $65 to have his truck towed from Goodyear to Rob'e Mans. Shortly after the truck arrived I received a phone call saying his truck was ready for pick up. There was nothing wrong with the fuel pump. The intake valve (or something like that) was clogged. They cleaned it and I am one happy UAB mom! Shame on you Good year!

Have been using them for 8 years, and they are polite, thorough and I never have concerns they are trying to take me for a ride. For example, after a recent major job involving them taking apart the engine to get to a broken part, when I was paying up they mentioned that a piece had broken off of the radiator and they replaced the whole radiator free of charge (parts and labor) since that piece was not repairable. The service advisor's words? 'We broke it taking it apart so of course we replaced it and that charge is on us." With my older vehicle they are also good about telling me what really needs to be fixed and what we can let go. This is the kind of service and attitude that makes me so glad to have found them and makes me a loyal customer.

As professional as always. I might have expected some inconvenient delay getting the parts required for my most recent repair, but the replacement radiator came in the next morning and the work was all done within a day, even with snow and ice all over Birmingham, which usually shuts things down.
