2017 Was Another Fantastic Year For Rob’e Mans Automotive Service!
Rob’e Mans is honored to have won the Bob Cutler Succession Planning Award, won Third Place for Top Shop and be recognized as one of Automotive Training Institute (ATI) Top 5 Shops for their humanitarian efforts!
Rob’e Mans won the Bob Cutler Succession Planning Award. This award is given to the member that has created and implemented the most comprehensive strategy to transfer leadership of the business to their Second In Command.
Rob’e Mans was named 2017 #3 Top Shop in the nation by ATI at their annual Super Conference held in Orlando, Florida, March 21-24, 2018. Rob’e Mans is honored to have received this award, and as always “we strive to provide the best possible car care for our customers. Without our wonderful team none of this would be possible.”

Rob’e Mans Achieves ATI’s National #1 Top Shop Award 2016
Rob’e Mans is honored to have won the 2016 Top Shop Award by the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) and also be named as one of the ATI’s Top 5 shops recognized for their humanitarian efforts!
The Top Shop award is given annually by ATI after reviewing over 1,500 of the best independent shops across North America and Canada, and it is the highest automotive award given nationwide. Receiving this award means that Rob’e Mans has been recognized for excellence in business performance, community involvement and advanced professionalism in the automotive industry. Rob’e Mans is also among the Top 5 shops in North America and Canada celebrated for its involvement in humanitarian efforts such as projects, community outreach, both at the state and global level.
Founder and owner Eddie Cleveland has been attending ATI seminars and his MasterMind group meetings for the past 11 years, receiving coaching and training in an effort to stay on top of trends and changes, maximize growth, and make Rob’e Mans stand apart in customer service. He and his team feel very blessed to have been given such an honor. On receiving the Top Shop Award, Eddie commented, “It is great to know that the automotive service and repair industry has recognized the years of hard work and energy it has taken to make Rob’e Mans a successful business. It validates our hard work!”
Eddie says he believes persistence, innovation, and always looking for a better way to service the customer is a big part of what has made Rob’e Mans a leader in the industry. He says, “We are setting a high standard of customer satisfaction and strive to be an example of what the industry standards should be.” Eddie would like to thank his Lord Jesus Christ for His persistent encouragement when times were tough, his wife Trish and family, General Manager Kenny Krackenberger, and the whole Rob’e Mans team, present and past. He reflects, “Without them, I would not have received this honor!”
