As we prepare for the possibility of the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Birmingham we have made the decision to implement the following measures:

• We will be conducting frequent cleaning of our waiting room and front counter area. We will be sanitizing key areas such as counters, door handles, restrooms, and furniture in our waiting area.
• We will also be sanitizing the shuttle van after every run.
• Our team members have been directed to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly throughout the day.
• We will be installing steering wheel covers on your vehicle and wearing gloves when handling your vehicle while it is in our care.
• Hand sanitizer will be provided for our customers to use.
• Our staff will be exercising a “no handshake” rule. Feel free to give them an elbow bump instead.

As an added convenience and reassurance to our customers, we are happy to offer the following services:

• Digital vehicle inspection sent via text or email.
• Home or work pickup and drop-off of your vehicle for service and repairs.
• Curbside pickup and drop-off for your convenience.
• After hours drop-off and pickup availability.
• Cleaning and disinfection of your vehicle before it is returned to you.
• Bill pay over the phone so that you do not have to come inside.

We encourage the public not to panic. We cannot predict the future, but you can trust that with proper preparations in place, we are doing everything we can to make your health and safety our #1 priority.
